GMP vessel fabrication

Pharmaceutical reactors, mixing vessels, storage tanks, crystallisers, centrifuge feed tanks and receiver vessels in SS 316L. Internal surfaces mechanically polished or electropolished to Ra 0.4–0.8 microns per ASME BPE. Crevice-free design with full-penetration welds, tri-clamp connections and CIP-compatible nozzle arrangements.

Clean utility piping

Water for Injection (WFI), Purified Water (PW), Clean Steam, CIP and SIP distribution loops in SS 316L with orbital-welded joints. Electropolished internal surfaces, constant slope-to-drain, dead-leg-free routing. Installation per ISPE Baseline Guide and ASME BPE. Full weld log, bore-scope report and passivation certificate at handover.

Process piping systems

Solvent transfer, acid/alkali feed, vacuum, vent and nitrogen distribution piping for API and intermediate plants. Materials: SS 316L, SS 304, Hastelloy, PTFE-lined and HDPE per process requirement. ASME B31.3 compliance with full radiography on critical circuits.

Reactor installation & erection

Glass-lined reactors (GLR), SS reactors, Hastelloy reactors and agitated pressure vessels — rigging, placement, alignment, nozzle piping, agitator installation and mechanical seal commissioning. Heavy-lift capability with HAIL-owned crane fleet for reactor placement into multi-storey process buildings.

Structural steel & platforms

Multi-level reactor support structures, pipe bridges, utility deck platforms, maintenance access structures, staircases and handrails. Hot-dip galvanised or epoxy-coated per environment classification. Fabrication per IS 800 with GA and detail drawings.

Mechanical equipment installation

Centrifuges, dryers (RCVD, ANFD, spray dryers), heat exchangers, condensers, vacuum systems, scrubbers, solvent recovery columns and utility equipment. Complete mechanical installation from foundation bolt-setting through alignment, piping tie-ins and pre-commissioning checks.
