Industrial piping is where every other discipline lives or dies. A single bad weld, missing PMI report or untested valve will bottle-neck the entire commissioning. HAIL takes single-point accountability for piping from spool fabrication to first flow: isometric review, pipe procurement to MTC, shop fabrication at our Kalol workshop, field erection, qualified welders, 100% radiography on critical joints, hydrotest, flushing, chemical cleaning and pre-commissioning support. Our piping crews have delivered zero-leak commissioning inside IOCL Gujarat refinery for Thyssenkrupp's N-Butanol project under the strictest live-refinery safety regime.

High-pressure hydrocarbon, gas and steam piping inside refinery, petrochemical and fertiliser units. ASME B31.3 compliant.
Offsite & utility piping

Underground piping (3LPE)
Buried hydrocarbon and water pipelines with three-layer polyethylene coating, FBE coating, anode bed and cathodic protection.
Cross-country pipelines
Long-distance MS, GI and PVC pipelines including excavation, laying, jointing, welding, coating, hydrotest and instrumentation.
